When choosing the selected pictures i looked at the questionnaires that we wrote out and have come to the conclusion that the magazine should include students, ad i thought that it should include a contrasting pair of students, one which is very happy and one that isn't as hyped up, to show that although there are some part of college life are a laugh others are a bit difficult to relate to students. Using the pictures as a starting point i decided the front cover image (below) would give the whole cover a more happy/manic feel so i followed that with the masthead and the way the boxes are positioned. The contents page also started off as more simple and the text followed the front cover.
